You play the role of The Wolf by learning about and exploring the natural world with like-minded animals. Your primary objective is to contest with enemies who prevent your pack from becoming the bravest Alpha in the land. As a wolf, you need to hunt and kill prey for sustenance. Besides regular missions, the game features epic bosses that increase the difficulty. This makes games harder than average— and more useful — than any other.

The bottom portion of the display contains the control buttons. These include a tail-light button, which is also at the bottom of the display. On the left side of the joystick, you'll find a large button labeled with a wolf head. This button functions as a handle for determining direction and movement. When pressed, it allows you to drag the head in the direction you desire to move. Doing so will cause the wolf to move accordingly. When viewing your character information, you can see each wolf's four key attributes: Health, Defense, Attack and Speed.You can only type short sentences using the chat keyboard; however, an arrow icon next to a textbox can display your wolf's attributes. In CO-OP Hunting mode, you and other players hunt varying targets such as smaller animals like raccoons, does and foxes. This mode grants experience points when hunting these animals. In order to hunt down large, formidable animals like bison and bulls, you and other wolves need to band together. This game mode features a wide variety of different hunting zones. Each map features a different set of animals to hunt, along with a particular ecosystem that matches the map's terrain. Five maps are available for selection: Wild Tundra, Legend Mountains, Mammoth Creek, Green Hills and Dark Forest. As a player progresses higher in this mode, additional maps can be unlocked.

After selecting a mode, players are separated into two teams. In PVP mode, players face off against each other in a combat style similar to Hunting; additionally, they need to be wary of their opponents' attacks.
