In Japan during the 1912 to 1926 Taisho period, inmates at a prison used the Prison Boys escape puzzle novel to attempt to divine the future. Tetsu Akatsuki joins TOKKOH, the special police force under the command of Justice. As a member of this organization, he breaks the 12 floors of the word house to find out its truth with his partner Nam Saeki.
