People decided to ignore warnings about the past earthquake that destroyed everything around. Instead, they decided to rebuild their home in this dangerous location.

Since no structures remain on this island, any buildings must be restored in order to live there. Anyone wishing to live on the island has to find a way to improve it. This can be accomplished through any means necessary. After clearing the area to build a house, players must remove large trees and rocks that grow where they're constructing. This requires a massive amount of time and effort to complete.

After deciding to colonize this island, you rebuild existing buildings to restore vitality to the bouncing island. Next, you establish new living quarters for incoming settlers. By constructing additional homes, more colonists arrive in the hopes of starting a new life on the new landmass. Players need to create new needs by increasing the population level. This is because once the population level passes a certain point, players need to create new things for people to enjoy. These include restaurants for quick food, movie theaters, parks and other amenities. There are many different kinds of restaurants to choose from; examples include Chinese, Italian and other venues. In order to travel between buildings, players need to concern themselves with building roads. They must also invest money in building more roads.
