The Kingdom Rush series was released by Ironhide Studio after they updated the game. The first game was released on the website without many fans knowing due to its tactical gameplay and creative construction. Since then, the studio has released four Kingdom Rush games and changed a lot of things about the graphics and gameplay.

In Kingdom Rush Origins, players direct the defense with four distinct towers. Each one has unique abilities and a high speed or range of attack. One upgrades into another with gold, and players can secure castles with Archer. With the help of 3 training styles, Barrack forms a protective barrier for his team. His Mage tower can deploy unique spells and breach enemy fortifications. Stone Circle is well suited for pulverizing large numbers of low-health enemies at once. You automatically receive 2 free skills when starting the game. One of these is the thunder skill, which summons a small number of troops with powerful weapons. Additionally, you are given the reinforcements skill; this allows you to call out troops with powerful weapons. When used in combat, these troops can hold off enemy forces. You can use the skills Thunder and Lightning to constantly deal damage to enemies within close range. Both are uncooldown, but they have a long cooldown; so you need to know when to use them.

Kingdom Rush Origins has 15 main levels; after completing the final one, players unlock an additional 15 quests that expand the narrative. The game features 3 different game modes for each level. In Mode 1, the game follows the plot without much deviation. Mode 2, 3 and 4 are more difficult versions of the game with added challenges for those who want a harder experience. I appreciate the game's level system because it prevents players from cheating. Once you earn a gold star, you can use upgrades from that star to achieve higher levels. However, the defensive tower won't be used if the required level hasn't been achieved. For example, I might unlock Arcane Archer on level 4. Until you reach level 4, this tower is owned by someone other than you. This ensures the game doesn’t end too quickly and keeps it more balanced.

Additional heroes can be purchased with cash. These additional heroes have different attributes and abilities than the default five. Additionally, these heroes can be purchased to supplement the other five. New heroes are always available for purchase, so consider buying one if you need another hero on your team. However, no hero is stronger than the default characters and they can be useful to have around. There are 6 power-ups in the game. They can be purchased with diamonds, and can be collected through quests. You receive a diamond after each level, and defeating elite monsters gives you a chance to drop diamonds. I will explain more about diamond drops in the next section. Green waves of energy can destroy all enemies on a given map. This naturally occurs when no one can defeat multiple enemies by themselves. The Rod of Dragon Fire can setup a defensive tower that fires a fireball at an enemy, dealing true damage. It can target enemies in the air. Horn of Heroism grants immunity to damage and grants your army double damage. It's ideal when used in conjunction with heroes, a barracks and soldiers that support it. Transport Scroll: Impress your enemies with the power of teleporting to a distant location. This spell gives you time to prepare for an impending fight in your homestead. When combined with the Wrath of Elyne, using the Hand of Midas grants you incredible amounts of gold in about 15 seconds that completely destroys the enemy. This golden blessing also works well with diamonds. Timewrap Gem transports the player across the entire game world.

The Kingdom Rush Origins homepage has a book called Encyclopedia. It contains information about heroes, magic, monsters and tactical videos that you can view on the website. I’m not talking about Wikipedia when I say the word encyclopedia. This game provides a variety of helpful information about enemies and units by analyzing their strengths and weaknesses. This is a plus for the game compared to other titles because I rarely see this in other games. By taking a look at the strengths and weaknesses of each unit, players can better analyze the upcoming levels. After this, players can choose where to place building towers and design houses with different functions.

I've included nearly 40% of the game's info in my article. I decided to put my ideas into practice and defeat the last boss by using my tips. My goal is to locate a house near the front lines, where the enemy might appear. This particular dwelling is the most effective at damaging enemy units and maintaining a consistent damage output. The Mage tower is weak against armor, but it shoots very slowly. I recommend placing them between the Archer and Barrack positions. Later upgrades make the Mage tower very powerful. The Barrack is a defensive structure with great stamina. I can place it in the middle or between the Archer and Mage towers to protect my troops from enemy interference. This small army of soldiers has only three people, but their stamina allows them to last through the end of any battle. I recommend building Stone Circle next to the Barracks or near the Mages so they can combine their Spell with the Barracks to deal big damage to many enemies. Stone Circle has a moderate amount of damage, but has good spread damage that can kill many weak monsters gathered together. Skills don’t deplete a player’s resources; use them as frequently as possible. Especially when battling powerful early-game foes. When dead, Heroes Ultimate can still be used. Take advantage of this fact!
