Many famous heroes and leaders came out of wall wars like the Trojan wall. Wall wars are moments of bright glory for many historical figures; people still admire them to this day. Kwalees’ latest game, Big Battle 3D, is inspired by wall wars. The game has unique and novel content and graphics; it has since reached over a million installs. Many people love the game, with many comments stating so.

I notice the similarities between Big Battle 3D's visuals and other games when looking at the game. These include Run Race 3D and Fun Race 3D. The war between game stickman characters isn’t a real battle between warriors; it’s more of a fight between boys. The war is actually more of a reflection of the war’s context than a battle. This is because of how the game is designed with a minimalist aesthetic. Viewing the battle from a superior angle allows you to easily distinguish allies by their color. The resulting image is extremely chaotic, amusing and full of information. Your army is represented by the blue colour. The red army presents the enemy you’re fighting. The white circles represent dead soldiers.

Big Battle 3D doesn’t explain why you chose to fight in the war. You only have one objective, which is to defeat your enemies so you can capture their wall. Because of the wide angle of vision afforded by the game, you can monitor the entire course of the war. Once you’ve chosen a squad and upgraded your weapons at home in the next game, you are ready to begin the battle. The two sides will face off against each other; all you need to do is observe and improve your tactics for the next battle if you fall short. In my opinion, Big Battle 3D is the least tactics-based game I’ve played. It incorporates luck, strength and formation in the battle, as well as number of warriors. If you lose, just upgrade your warriors and try again. I recommend you use some luck because the warriors will automatically engage the enemy. If they perform well, one warrior can damage many enemies and help you win the battle. Big Battle 3D's Formation feature allows you to alter the army's tactical approach by selecting from a list of formations. You need to access Castle 4, the game's fourth castle, in order to unlock a vertical line up in the game. Doing so unlocks other squads that you can use in the game.

Weapon upgrades make your army stronger and change your weapons. Two important upgrades to consider are power and quantity. Weapon changes are enjoyable when upgrading. Your military only uses martial arts to fight against swords and shields at first. However, upgrading allows them to use boxing gloves, swords and other interesting weaponry. Increasing the size of your army helps you better combat your opponent. Embrace the need for strategic thinking in this game!

Money is the only currency used in the game. It can be earned by opening chests, defeating enemies or watching ads. Once you have money, you can use it to upgrade your weapons or increase the numbers in your army. Additional rewards can be acquired by opening 3 additional chests with keys collected after each match. Big Battle 3D has a feature similar to idle games. By upgrading the Offline Earnings option, players can increase passive income per minute. This feature is currently unavailable; however, I recommend upgrading this option soon so players can have more money to upgrade weapons and armies.

Some players complain that Big Battle 3D's ads keep them from starting a battle. They also state that the game has too many ads. Having to pay for ad-blocking packages can be very frustrating. Although this doesn’t apply to everyone, many players don’t like ads when they aren’t paid for. Hopefully, future updates from publishers reduce the frequency of ads. ———
