Esperia had a goddess of light named Dura; she was the mother of all living things on the planet. Dura created lives at the beginning of time and shared the same status as Death. Dar was a wise and understanding advocate for all the different creature species. With her immense intelligence and power, she helped them find solutions to disputes, increase cooperation and develop prosperity. She was loved and admired by everyone for her selfless accomplishments. Annih, the God of Death, felt neither joy nor pride from his work. Instead, he seethed with rage in his dark realm. And so he formed the Hypogaean race— evil life forms that were both powerful and equally as vilified. With this new army in place, Annih launched an invasion on Esperia to eliminate all living beings created by Dura. Dura final act was to seal the Hypogians away into the void, where they remain banished to this day. Neither side could recover from the war that Dura had torn apart and destroyed them both. Dura exhausted every ounce of strength to build the world she created. As a result, she passed away without ever seeing the completion of her magnum opus. Determined to save the world from its enemies, she created seven mystic objects and hid them away from all humans. When the time came for these artifacts to be retrieved, the foes would need to be defeated once more. The Hypogeans have returned to the world many years later. Without Dura to lead them, they cause chaos and havoc in the lands. Your ultimate goal is to assemble Dura's greatest secrets and unload their power. You must battle the Hypogeans with the hope of defeating them and gathering lost artifacts in order to assemble Dura's army.
